Conscious Curators Stress-Relief Smoothie

When our body’s are feeling fatigued and our mind’s over-stressed, we love turning to our Stress-Relief Smoothie. It’s one of our favorite ways to enjoy a meal while getting all the anti-stress benefits. We’ve found that turning to adaptogens are an extremely powerful and helpful way to get relief from the natural stressors in life.

There are a plethora of adaptogens on the market right now so it’s important to start out simple and slowly adding them into your diet. That’s why we love Moon Deli’s already curated chai-spiced Ashwaganda herbal tonic mix. You can find many of our smoothie bowls on our @consciouscurators’ Instagram. It contains the powerful adaptogen Ashwaganda, but also has an array of other ingredients to compliment the taste and calming factor. Aside from Ashwagandha, the mix is also packed with ginger, cardamon, cinnamon and Himalayan pink salt.

Ashwagandha is a whole-system balancer and adaptogenic remedy for stress, immunity, physical and mental stamina, restful sleep, nervous system, adrenal health, sexual and cognitive function. While the other ingredients like ginger contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties, cardamom helps the body eliminate toxins, cinnamon can lower blood sugar, and Himalayan pink salt provides the body with essential minerals and balances electrolytes and pH.
